Game Card Change FAQ

We are upgrading our game card system from Tigapo to KioSoft to make reloading, checking balances, and using kiosks easier for our customers.

We expect a few hiccups during the changeover, and we appreciate your patience as we make the switch.

Why are you making this change?

When Fins first opened, none of the owners had experience in the amusement industry. After operating for over a year, we identified several areas where we felt the system could work better for our customers. Anyone who has used the game card kiosk will probably understand.

We believe the new KioSoft system will be simpler to use and give us more flexibility in the long run.

Will I lose the credits and tickets I already have?

No.

If you have the Tigapo app or any Tigapo game cards, bring them to the front desk and we will give you a KioSoft game card with the equivalent credits and tickets.

Will the number of credits I purchase be the same as before?

Yes, although we have made a few adjustments to the card options.

For example:

  • $5 = 50 credits

  • $10 = 110 credits

  • $20 = 235 credits

  • $40 = 500 credits

  • $80 = 1050 credits

  • $100 = 1500 credits

What about the price of games?

Most game prices will stay the same. However, all prices will now be divisible by 5, so there should no longer be any orphaned credits left at the end of your session.

Examples:

  • Video and arcade games: 10 credits

  • Some ticket games: 15 credits

  • Candy machines: 5 credits

  • Prize machines: 25 credits

  • Photo Booth: 50 credits

What about the new game card kiosks?

The new kiosks will be much simpler to use.

You will now be able to:

  • Reload your card at the kiosk with cash or credit card

  • Add value to your existing card without buying a new one and merging balances

  • Check your balances in text that is much easier to read

Is there an app?

Yes, there is an app, unfortunately we do not think it is as good as the Tigapo app.

You can use it to track your balance, but we recommend associating a physical game card with it for playing games.

To get started, search your phone’s app store for KioPay Mobile, or scan the QR code on the back of a game card.
