Where are you?
We are in Old Town Bandon, OR, 97411. Our main entrance is on Chicago between the Broken Anchor and the Wheelhouse. However our official address is 325 2nd ST SE in the Harbortown Center.
How much fun can I have for $10?
The answer is the infamous, it depends. You can make it last over 30 minutes, especially if you are playing with other people who have each spent $10. This is done by playing arcade, pinball and video games. You can also be finished in 5 minutes, if you just play the prize machines. However you can spend more time collecting tickets for the same prizes.
PS. $10 gets you a 30 minute massage
How much do credits cost?
Games are 5–25 credits per play (the price is shown on each machine’s card reader). You can buy credits at the front kiosk (cash or card). $5 gets you 50 credits, and larger purchases include bonus credits—for example, $20 gets you 235 credits.
What are Tickets?
Tickets can be collected and redeemed for prizes. Not all machines reward you with tickets, only machines with red ticket labels reward you with tickets. The tickets are stored on your game card or app. A list of prizes and tickets needed are at the front desk.
Do you to host parties?
Our party area is free to use for a 2-hour time slot during normal business hours. We just ask that your group spends at least $10 per child on games.
Details are here: HERE.
Do you serve food?
We do not have any food service. We are surrounded by plenty of places offering good food, that you are welcome to bring in and eat on the stage when there is no party in progress.
Are you going to get more games?
We have pretty much max’ed out the power available with 60+ games. Over time we will rotate out and replace games.
Who opened this?
Fins Family Fun was opened by Dustin Michalek and Neal Barlow. Dustin is a local, the co-owner of the Big Wheel General Store and has 4 school age children. Neal retired to Bandon from Colorado and is visited regularly by grandchildren. They met working together at the Cranberry Festival and talked about the lack of year-round entertainment options for children in Bandon, along with locals and tourists in general. Fins Family Fun is the result.
